  2. Meeting your fellow theistic / traditional Satanists

    One relatively safe way to meet people offline is via the New York City Satanism Meetup (which I've recently re-named the Meetup for NYC Satanists, Luciferians, Dark Pagans, and LHP Occultists), which is just an informal gathering in a restaurant. The Satanism Meetup welcomes Satanists of all law-abiding kinds, both theistic and atheistic/symbolic, plus a larger set of people interested in "dark" spirituality, open-minded people interested in learning about the various forms of Satanism, Luciferianism, and "dark" Paganism.

    If you you are a theistic Satanist who lives in or near New York City and would like to get to know other theistic Satanists living in the New York metropolitan area, please consider joining the following Yahoo group:

    You may also wish to join one or more of my other Theistic Satanism email groups. Please note that these forums are discussion forums. If you are not interested in public online discussion but wish only to post a request for people to contact you private via email or IM, then please post a message in Theistic-Satanism-ads with a subject line containing the appropriate tag plus "New York City," or "New York metro area," or however you choose to specify your locality.

    Before you ask for an in-person meeting - or even exchange phone numbers - with anyone in an online forum, please read my article On the need for caution in meeting your fellow Satanists:  Some important warnings.

    If you are interested in meeting ME in particular:  You may meet me at the Satanism Meetup. Alternatively, you may begin to get to know me online via public dialogue in one or more of the Theistic Satanism email groups. Please do NOT immedately ask me for an in-person meeting (apart from the Satanism Meetups), or for my phone number. I'd like to get to know you a bit first, either at the Satanism Meetup or via one or more of my online forums.

    I now aim to form a New York City congregation of the Church of Azazel.

    I would also like to build a larger network of New York metro area theistic Satanists who don't necessarily agree with the specific views and aims of the Church of Azazel.

    And I aim also to build a network of people -- not just or even primarily Satanists -- who have an interest in fighting back Against Satanic Panics.

    If you are interested in any of the above, please either meet me at the Satanism Meetup (NYC Satanists, Luciferians, Dark Pagans, and LHP Occultists) or post in one or more of the Theistic Satanism email groups, as appropriate.
